In the middle of the game I moved to a planet I already own and was unable to move to another planet. It popped up the scanning screen for tech but then froze up and i couldn't move my commander
This is already a highly known bug, and there's no fix for it currently Hopefully Uber will find and kill it soon.
Try hitting ~/` to open the console and type in: $("#system-card .btn_neg, #system-card .btn_hero").click(); (If it gives you something about unexpected token illegal then manually type it in or fix the quote marks)
