Since this is an Alpha, bugs and incomplete features are to be expected. So in a full or beta game usually the thing you give feedback about is either the game balance or to report bugs. But that's obviously not that useful when commenting on an Alpha.

So I'm wondering, what kind of feedback is Uber Entertainment looking for?

finding bugs as they keep adding new features and optimize the engine and such. Alpha is to get the engine to the point that it does everything the Devs want it to so that during Beta they can focus on utilizing those features fully.

Go nuts. Anything and everything is fair game. Sure, the people on the forums will say "it's not the right time". But it's for Uber to decide where and when and IF they want to address a problem, not the forum posters.

Just expect it to sit on the back burner at the bottom of a very long list for a while.

They do prioritize depending on the nature of the bug and how it affects gameplay both from a gameplay standpoint and a stability standpoint. I assume bugs that are responsible for crashes take the highest priority (such as what I hear about how if anyone builds a Leviathan, the game crashes) while major gameplay exploits would also take high priority (such as the ability to build structures in other structures and stack 20 million power plants on top of each other)

I'll repeat what has already been stated, feel free to express yourself. Don't hold back at all. Uber wants the alpha to be very open to the community of early backer's feedback in anyway shape or form. In terms of a timeline of getting your idea implemented, I would air on the side of waiting a while. I'd gather Uber has a list of internal goals in addition to considering our feedback.
