getting stuck in the character select screen

Upon joining a highlander type server (1 of each class only) I was unable to choose a class. The team was missing a tank but I couldn't choose the vanilla class nor my custom one. The selection was sort of stuck on assault (I could choose my gear) but clicking join did nothing. Since you can't press esc to bring the pause menu in this screen I was stuck and had to use ctrl + alt + delete to shut the game.

This has happened to me once also. People should not make these types of servers! Should be 2 of each class. Thanks.

tonight on a highlander server, i noticed one person got stuck where he could not choose class and he decided to wait it out. hi name was ::Frosty. Also, though, somehow we managed to get two of the same class (support) on our team! The highlander mode was not working for this 1 round!

I encountered similar. It was on a server that had a 2 per class limit and somehow the other team had 3 sins
