Games lobby not clearing properly

Hey guys iv noticed with this update that the games in the lobby are not vanishing when they are ingame ect so my list of games is full of already full games that no longer exist in the lobby. i.e they are already underway or have finished, as i cant even spectate them (just says connection lost). i still get the occasional new game pop up but its hard to see amongst the like 20 or so games that wont vanish^^.
Also is it possible for a refresh button to be added at somepoint? and yes i have tried rebooting my game ect. the same games are there in the lobby. HAL9000@ prometheus is one game that wont die!and im just wondering is everyone else seeing this as well or is it just me^^

ok scratch all that im a retard
just noticed in the game state box we now have the option to see in progress games.
just took it off that to in lobby and its fine...
