Game won't start.

My friend's problem :
Name of the error: 'Microsoft visual C++ Runtime Library

Program:.../common/monday night combat/binaries/win32/mnc.exe

Text : 'This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.'

He tried re-installing the game - but it didn't work.
Tested the integrity of the game cache,nothing is missing ,everything is okay.
Help please.

he even tried to reinstall the game it didnt work and suport binary too and it didnt work.

Do you have a launch.log?
