Nice computer. I am looking at it, i'd recommend double checking drivers, audio and video, and version of directx and .net framework. Those aren't by my observations yet, just what usually helps. EDIT: The video seems fairly recent but there is a single newer version and a very recent new beta version of the drivers. Tried those? Also, the sound driver, its generic and from August. If it is the driver, I doubt it is though, then its more likely audio. Also, go to the GeForce Experience control window, and there should be an option to force threading. Select it, it helps the game, although never heard anything about it stopping it from running.
I already tried with the most recent beta graphics driver from nvidia but thanks. I also tried to find newer sound drivers but I couldn't find any on Acers support page maybe you could help. thanks again for the help sofar.
https://forums.uberent.com/threads/game-crashes-when-i-hit-play.54002/ Following that thread, try the DirectX link. Then, down a few more posts, follow the instructions for including a crash log. It more than likely isn't the same exact problem you are having there, but the same steps troubleshoot it. Someone said he was missing font files, that's highly unlikely here. However, it doesn't hurt to also try running on Steam and Standalone, and to re-install the game. Sorry for so many trial and error steps.
you're on steam version yea? go to uberent end re-click the link to link your steam account to your uberent acount again https://uberent.com/user/LinkSteam (unless you don't have PA on steam in which case don't do it)
