Game won't play

downloaded the game Yesterday from this post.

Problem.
It freezes at the Xbox live arcade screen. entire Xbox freezes from it can't do anything.

What I have Tried.
1st Erased the entire game downloaded it again same problem.

2nd Erased memory cache again nothing

3rd step right now (8:31PM MT) erased Game and cleared cache downloading again.
will update if it works or doesn't.

Its being stored on a 13g hard drive that i got 5 months after the original 360 release.
the Xbox is a lower class (wireless) model no Playback at all. no internal memory.

Edit: 3rd step work gaming right now.
