I'm able to load the game up and get into a lobby, but once the match starts loading the game crashes on me. I updated my graphics card as well. I hope it's not an issue of not being able to play because my graphics card is too low.

Does planet editor works? Try to generate some moon in it, is it works?

Also can you please download glewinfo.exe, run it and then upload here on forum gleinfo.txt it's will generate. I'll check if your card compatible with OpenGL 3 which this game require.

    Other possible problem is this:
    Code:
    Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.130708-1532)
    Memory: 4096MB RAM
    Available OS Memory: 3328MB RAM
You have 32-bit, so currently game only able to use 2GB RAM.
Try to check what PA.exe memory usage is when it's crashing.

There not much you can do about it except try to switch to 64-bit OS, but you might also take a look on these threads:

Planet Editor works only until I start building the planets, then the game crashes and I receive an OpenGL message saying "Your hardware configuration does not meet minimum specifications needed to run the application. The application must close."

Yes your video card support OpenGL 3, but unfortunately it's really won't give you any playable performance even if it's able to run game.
