Game stops after it goes to the generating system

I'll launch the game and it runs fine but once I try to start a game I get pa.exe and the game closes.

It's not necessarily the only problem, but first off, I'd update your video drivers from Intel directly:

Driver Date/Size: 12/12/2012 16:42:35, 12615680 bytes

There are definitely new Intel HD 4000 drivers than Dec 2012. Try that first and see if you can make it further in. We'll keep your issue tracking in this thread.
