I have bought PA on Steam but it doesn't work. When i start it, a black window shows up. Then the window turns whit and it says it has stopped working. I also tried the PA launcher same problme. Also the clean boot didn't help at all. Please can someone help me fix my problem. I really want to play this game
The log stops just before the OpenGL driver is supposed to be initialized, so this seems to be a graphics problem. That means it's either a program interfering with the graphics, or the drivers are bad. You said you already did a clean boot, so it's probably not an interfering program, but the drivers. Can you try updating to the very latest drivers? For your card they should be available here: https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows 10 - 64

Are you sure? The latest drivers are all ReLive now. A10-7800 for windows 10 64 bit will link to 16.12.2 ReLive driver on: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/desktop-apu-drivers.aspx
OK... so we are trying to track down what is causing a complete failure of OpenGL. ie any sort of screen recording or overlays, broken driver install, etc. You could try forcing full screen using the --forcefullscreen command line option.
I just looked at your dxdiag again... completely missed the RAM. You'll probably need more RAM to play PA with the R7 integrated graphics sharing your 4GB. Recommend 8GB on your setup... also check your page file allocation.
Minimum specs for integrated graphics are 6GB. With the SSD you might be able to increase your paging file so that there is enough RAM to play small games on Uber servers.
