hello everyone, I early backed via kickstarter and got with that the game soundtrack. Now when I recieve the soundtrack do I have the rights to play them on a youtube video or something like that?
I'm not an expert by any means, but my guess is that technically no you will not have the rights to do that - not that that's ever stopped anyone before.
Well obviously you can't monetise a video that just contains a track from the soundtrack. Using the ingame music in a gameplay video you have created is fine.
It's probably going to be considered "Fair Use" if you use the OST in PA-related videos, but probably it's be best to not use it in content unrelated to PA.
