I'm finding that sound is still playing despite all being set to 0. Once I readjust them upwards then back to 0 it works again.
This should probably be in Gamma issues and bugs sub-forum, but it's game breaking enough for some of us that it needs as much attention as it can get. Can't use WASD to look around the planet now, because the new hotkeys I can't change just build stuff. Sooo I can't play until it's fixed
Ditto. "Restore Defaults" makes some changes, but only a few of them seem to stick, and at least some keyboard bindings and sound settings can't be saved either. Having keys now irrevocably bound to WASD bricks the game for me as well.
Found that sometimes this doesn't work and you need to also delete everything in appdata/local/uber entertainment as well to get it all working again
Renaming "AppData\Local\Uber Entertainment" to "Uber Entertainment OLD", put all my stuff back to default and I can change stuff again, thanks! EDIT: Still can't reassign keyboard shortcuts?... EDIT AGAIN: So I can CHANGE them, but not REMOVE keyboard shortcuts.
Yup pretty much. The work around i've found is just bind it all to one random key you'll never use. Doing this also seems to bug out the hotkey system in a good way, so that it stops working and you don't get any more annoying category box select lock outs. With that way, you'll have to use mouse clicks untill hot build/settings manager gets updated though.
