How does the game determine the game name? Can I make it use my steam name? (just want to get rid of the 01 )
If you are playing through Steam, then it should pick up your Steam name. Otherwise, you can press the little white man next to the flag in the lower-right corner. Then click your name in the screen that pops up and choose "Change Display name".
Weird its not using my steam name, but fixed it launching pa.exe instead of using steam and could change the name as you described.
Yeah, there seems to be a bug related to display names, but apparently they are working on it: See: Though I am not sure if that extends to Steam as well. Oh well, who needs Steam anyway.
