I had just selected Quick match in Crossfire and changed my mind. I hit B to back out of the menus and it locked up the system at the point where it should have returned me to the main menu. all buttons on the controller were disabled or non-functional and I had to reset the xbox via the front power button. I have one of the new "S" systems if that helps. I haven't tried to recreate it but could give it a shot if necessary.
I'd had a similar problem happen to me but I got not answer/advice. viewtopic.php?f=17&t=1934 When you say you haven't tried to recreate does that mean this has only happen to you once?
It has only happened once, however I haven't tried the same method of backing out of the team search functionality again.
