Game Lobby UI tottally messed up after new patch

Someone knows how to fix it? I can't create games neither join another games with it...

You might want to try the solutions from the "Bug: UI for lobby messed up on latest patch" thread.
Most notably, try disabling all of the mods if you have any.

When the broken mods are fixed, the mod manager should show you that there are updates to install.
