I have a problem with my game. It is stuttering every 10 sec or so. I've set it to use eu server, even tried setting local server to on or auto. I've only tried galactic war and skirmish game modes, it's happening in both. I've uploaded my dxdiag. My broadband is 100/100 so I don't think it's my connection that's slow.
No, with the local server on (or auto), you wouldn't use your internet connection at all. Your specs certainly seem alright. So it may just be other software interfering. I noticed you have ASUS. Do you by any change have GameFirst III installed? If so, that's the culprit and you should get rid of it.
