Game crashes before it starts

I am currently in Russia on a business trip and I got my alpha key in the mail.
Sat down on my laptop in my hotel and installed PA. launcher worked game installed hit the play button and got this.

I tried the verify files button and reinstall with no luck. I can wait the few weeks until I get home to install the game on my desktop I was just hoping to play while I am away form home.

You're far more likely to get help in the alpha forum. There's a lot of posts ripping through here right now, and the rules in the alpha forum are such that we, and the community, can more easily figure out what's going on.
