Game crashes at start

My game crashes immidiately when I start it with the normal Windows-Error.
The problem occured only after the last(?) patch. I the mean time I even changed my whole PC-parts(CPU, graphic card, mainboard) and reinstalled Windows.
That's the third time I am reinstalling the game now :C
