Galactic War fairly game-breaking glitch.

So I'm playing galactic war obviously and I've capped most of the solar systems. I was just trying out new combinations of tech. I'm fairly sure i had a setup that included 2 sub-commanders and orbital units. I start playing on a world with an ocean, and the game is going fairly well. We are schooling the one enemy commander up until he just decides to hide in the middle of the ocean sitting still for the rest of the game. So i think "that's fine I'll just build one of those laser platforms that basically 3-shot enemy commanders." I do that and guess what? Apparently it can't shoot an underwater target. At this point, there is literally NOTHING i can do without causing me to lose the match, and by extension, the whole galactic war game. I don't see why an enemy AI controlled commander should be able to do that. Also, I've played this game fairly extensively and I'm fairly certain that I've seen one of those laser platforms shoot underwater commanders. Anyone have any input to this?

If you have Advanced bots, Slammers can walk underwater. So use the Astraeus to send advanced bots.

Do you have air tech or naval tech? Get a fabber onto one of the pieces of land and build some of those factories and destroy him with those units.

Unfortunately, with the way the Galactic War is currently setup, you can get into no-win situations like this. It's the first pass of the Galactic War, and improvements are needed.

I've had this happen before too, it's pretty annoying. You can use your comm to build torpedo launchers out in the water! Unfortunately i think it's the only thing you can do without naval or the new slammers.

Air does work as bombers will hit the sea floor.
