Hi guys! I was just thinking about the civilians in supreme commander and such, and thought it would be cool if there were civilian planets throughout the galaxy during galactic war. Choosing to be EVIL and destroy the civilians for the planets resources OR choosing to be a good neighbor and protect them. I just thought it would be neat. Thanks, General225
Sadly this is supposedly in a time when civilization as we know it no longer exists. All that's left are the commanders from a long forgotten war. Maybe a neutral bot faction, but probably not a "civilian" group.
Humanity is dead, doesn't mean there can't be a technological inferior race of aliens to protect or destroy. I like the idea and would think it would add some excitement and more decision making in the game.
This has been talked about a lot. Try performing searches next time before posting on the forums. But as was pointed out by oathalliance and JOC, wouldn't quite fit in with lore. Though I imagine there will be mods for this.
On that same note, within a larger-scheme-of-things clanmatch, for instance, one could have some systems already held by AI units, and thus one team needs to take it over before they can proceed through that lattice.
