Frozen scrren after failing to join a game

Hey - this was an issue pre patch but still run into it from time to time...didnt see it on the official list so here it goes...

If I try to join a game and it fails to let me join, rather than going back to the menu screen I get a blue screen with the MNC logo in the background and its just frozen - I have to exit back to dashboard and reload the game...

Yep. Actually happened 3 times in a row to me today. Normally doesnt bug me but it gets annoying
