I just saw those in FA Xtreme Wars mod, and that seems like great thing. Dont take place in base, are easy and fast to build, and even if not as good as SAM, are good for many planes. But what about other floating stuff? Buildings, generators, radar or something like that. What do you think about this?
I personally find that I really enjoy static defense systems. I tend to enjoy relying on static defense heavily so that I can exercise more personalized control during attacks. Having a large amount of static defense platforms would be great. I personally believe having solid defense platforms creates more dynamic game play because it creates a wider set of paths the players can take. The more diverse the units AND structures the more diverse the battles and strategies need to be overcome.
