[fix] Tech 2 unit vs tech 2 ship and other

    Need fix the damage, a single tech 2 bot can oneshot a tech 2 ship... and can kill the commander. when the ship attack the bot, the missiles always miss the bot. There is antinuke but there isn't the nuke.

    The commander must have a light attack, that don't consume energy, and add ability that can destroy mass units with a single shot.
    Must add the life of the all units of the game, I mean where is the icon of the build example: commander where write Delta but the down bar I don't see the actually life.

    Add when possible AA option and Fullscreen game.

    P.S. : The Trees must change the texture, is better also when there is a attack that they go in fire!

    T2 Bots are OP as hell. But I would much rather Uber optimize the game and make everything more bearable for lower-grade graphics cards than balance some units.

    That would compromise the game itself. Why put time into something that has very little return, when you could make a game which if balanced and with decent playability. Don't forget it isn't just single planet battles they are aiming for, they want you to be able to destroy a whole galaxy. Which means that you would have them limit the capabilities of the game so that people with cheaper computers may also have a decent experience! For shame! Each year the price of the top of the line graphics card drops exponentially which leads to the conclusion, This is the alpha, they are in the process of doing both of what you want. However they will end up investing a lot more time into unit balancing during beta, Since you all are welcome to engage in alpha testing, this means that the more you play and find bugs, the better then end result will be. Meaning, really neither of what you are saying are a main focus right now. More so the optimizing then unit balancing but in the end it is about the games infrastructure and mechanics. (Assuming you were not just saying they need to forget unit balancing entirely, because for a RTS that is insane. )

    I think balance is not yet a priority. First need top work on bugs. Such as Jesus commander.

    I am actively working on balance. But like all things in an alpha, it's a very early stage. Posts like this help me focus on areas of the game that might have issues in them. Call them 'balance bugs'.

    I take it back, T2 Stompers are in dire need of balance. Two of them can kill a Commander in under 5 seconds.

    Stompers are the single most OP thing in the game right now. I can win in any scenario just with them backed up with AA bots.

    EDIT: Just realized you were one of the guys I killed with them lol.

    Finding bugs takes time, you usually simply stumble upon them. Now in order to stumble upon them we have to spend time in game, playing with different units. Spamming Stompers is not gonna help us find out about a bug considering tanks and with the current powerlevel of stompers, I don't see why anyone would build tanks.

    The game is very much meant to be played! If it turns out we actually all want PA to be a game about customisable dancing robots its better to find out right now then when Scathis has spent months trying to balance weapon damage. If we found out right now he could start balancing signature dance moves. Before threads titled "Moonwalk OP" flood the forums.

    Scathis, this is for you:

    T2 ship Leviathan + T2 air Peregrine = Glorious OP murder.

    T2 air Hornet one-shots every ship.

    3 T1 anti-air turrets vs 3 Hornets = one turret down to 50%, all Hornets dead

    T2 bot Stomper = massive range, infinite damage to anything.

    Got more but this is so far most noticeable.

    I believe that the general state of things is that everything breaks if you shoot at it. Units have no HP. Makes for some fun battles though.
