What you should post in this thread:

If you are ELIMINATED: It is YOUR responsibility to post in the competition thread about it. You should describe it in some detail and attempt to entertain the people participating. This is for fun after all, and in the end all but one of us are going to be humiliated. At a bare MINIMUM, tell us the following: What Class were you? Who meleed you? What class was your assailant? Did he have help? What map were you on? Try to tell us an entertaining story rather than just listing what happened as if you were filling out a form. If you do not fulfill your responsibility to post about your elimination, the duty falls to whoever eliminated you. (Don't be a jerk.)

Also: Every few days, I'll be running an "activity check." PM me if you think any of these players should be considered "inactive" and removed. We'll work on this as a group if a player gets enough complaints. I may go inactive myself, but if it happens (and I somehow am not eliminated within the first day I log on) I'll remove myself. Keep the thread clear of "inactivity" discussion. I'll make the posts to start that ball rolling if I get enough complaints.

Feel free to post anything else related to this competition. Start taking bets, go nuts, IDC.

I3illy Rueben: Eliminated by Manuoso

SXD24 came up behind me and shot me in the back with a shotgun. I turned around and pwned him with the Rueben shotgun of doom, but while I was taunting, some sneaky bastard (Manuoso) comes up behind me and melees me in the back.

First down with a frown,

2nd out here. Same game as Billy's (LazeRazor). Was placed on the opposing team from everyone else, and during my desperate attempt at preventing a full-Juice rush, Bolt grapples me, giving me critical health. After said grapple, here comes Hudson. Juiced.

No need to go into detail, but I will say this:
When Hudson's fists talked, I heard.

Any particular reason I got left out of the competition? I do play at least an hour or two a night. Granted, I really only play in pubs, but I did sign up on the signup thread.

Ah well.

Strange, i didn't sign on (just asked a question), but i am on the list. No problem though, i will try to compete.

But since i hardly ever (mostly never) meet the competitors, I am going to send friend-requests to y'all. If you decline, no problem, but i am trying to improve the chances of me meeting you.

I was under a time rush updating the list, so I figured I'd add you and you could object if you did not want to play.

We were on LaseRazor (sensing a pattern here). After matchmaking split up our party, and after SXD got revenge on me for eliminating him from the competition by pancaking me with a gunner while Billy (?) grappled me, I started targeting Distinct for melee kills. At one point while I was rail sniping him, someone starts talking about meleeing him, and he flips and jumps over the side. I swear no one was near him when this happened, but he says otherwise.

Anyway, i was able to sneak up on him after buying juice. I jet gunned him to red health BEFORE popping juice, and raising the roof.

We lost that game to SXD's juice rush in overtime [bastard switched to SNIPER after playing a gunner for all of regulation], but it was a hell of a lot of fun.

Sorry I took so long, I figured I would wait until tomorrow (today) to post.

So yeah, I was clearing bots on the right side of Billy's base when, to the left I see this wild west shotgun fight.
Billy comes out victorious and does a well deserved taunt while still in red.
That's when I BRAVELY and HEROICALLY avenge my fallen comrade with a melee of justice.

And yes I feel like an ***.

Bwahahahaha. It'd be cool if we had a pancake competition going, cuz the teamwork executed on that kill was PERFECT. :lol:

There's no reason $1,000+ should go to waste. Explosive rounds + Juice was all I needed.

Of course, the infinite health glitch might have helped.

I'm pretty sure the next competition (if this one ever ends) will be gunner grapples and pancake kills only.
