I have seen alot of threads saying that support is OP. I personaly don't think this,but here is a quick fix. In all these threads people say that support hides behind there firebase,gets juice and wrecks the moneyball. Just make it so the firebase can only rotate 180 degrees.
Well it is sort of hard to make sure the firebase is lined up the right way. If that can also be fixed (without copying the Engineers blueprint plan), then sure!
Supports can instant kill fire bases with air strike... hell they can instant kill anything, even if their juiced. (Except turrets and jack bots) Snipers can shoot firebases from far away when the support is not there, or kill him then destory the turret. Tanks are also very good at rushing firebases with their product grenades and high hp.
Sounds fair. But only if the support could hold Y to show the firebase and which direction it would face.
There is a counter to everything in this game, if other players aren't willing to change classes to fix their problem then it's their fault.
Relax. I don't want this to turn into a complaning thread. Hell this game's as balanced as a shooter is ever going to get.

Firebases need a fix...? The only fixing that really Supports needs is for the airstrike to make noise 100% of the time, I'm so sick of the obvious noise not appearing and then ending up dead, not sure if it's a bug or what. At least if I hear it, I can have my OSHIT moment and try to find a roof over my head.
Firebases are fine IMO. I just thought it would be a good suggestion to fix "zOMG support camps behind there firebase and rushes moneyball!!!!!11!!!!1"
This is not a fix, this would be a nerf... actually, it would be a gimp. There is, however, a REAL bug that needs to be addressed. On more than enough occasions I've run into the issue where, when I toss a firebase, nothing happens. My firebase countdown cycles like I threw one, but no firebase is laid down. This usually happens at least once in a game. I don't know if it's a problem with the firebase and the location you try to throw it, but they either need to fix it so that if you don't lay one down, you have no cooldown time, or not allow you to toss it if it can't be spawned. I can't tell you how annoying it is when I'm trying to defend a position and I go to throw a firebase and... nothing happens. Well, aside from getting steamrolled.
I don't really have a problem with the firebase as it is. The range and fire-rate are nothing to fear unless it's hacked, and even then most classes can pop in and out of cover to take shots before the firebase ever reacts.
Full firebases are annoying as hell, and I believe it would be better to make them only 180 degrees if possible. Right now they're portable turrets that work better than ACTUAL turrets. And they ******* heal people too.
