Hi! I'm a backer and I was wondering how non-steam bought versions of PA will be handled. Will I be downloading an installer that I then click on to install the game when it's done? I'm wondering cause I don't have the best connection or internet plan and was hoping to be able to download the game elsewhere and then bring it home to play. Or will I need to pay a little extra to have a physical copy sent to me?

Not like that. Currently there is no standalone installer special launcher which downloading latest version of game and then you might copy it where you need it.

But PA is really small game, it's not 16GB Total War. Current alpha version is only 600MB (500MB compressed), and I doubt that final game will be more than 2-3GB.

I believe you talking about skirmish with AI, because PA probably won't be playable in multiplayer if you have poor internet connection. 1.5-2Mbps required.

Awesome! I can definitely manage 2-3 gigs, easily! :D

Yep! Always did prefer to play alone when it came to an RTS.
