[Feature Suggestion] Locating Commander on other planets with C button

Last time I played PA the c command worked well in locating your commander, if he was on the same planet you were viewing/zoomed in on. I would like to see the c button implemented in a way that you can click or double click it to locate your commander in the entire universe. I would argue that its important to be able to locate your commander anywhere in the universe if he is essentially the win con if he dies.
