Subtext: I am dualcasting with Marshii this coming weekend and this would be a really useful thing to have. I just did a quick test with Marshii and it appears that specators cannot ping to one another at the moment. Not sure how much effort this would be to implement, but it would be really useful, during a dual-cast, to be able to ping your fellow spectators to draw their attention to a particular event.
You can't see pings in non shared team games. Edit: I'm guessing you are suggesting to start in your own team and delete your comms to test if you can see pings while spectating (This will however affect spawns and give additional information to the players).
This has been requested quite a few times and I'm surprised it hasn't been implemented yet. Oh well. It gets my +1
