Failed to Retrieve Game List Latest Build

The server keeps telling me that it has failed to retrieve the game list after it has already retrieved the game list! The lobby browser shows a ton of lobbies then I get booted back to the main menu.

I would like to state that this happened a lot last patch but now happens a lot more.

Hmm it appears to be working now after a few restarts. Odd.
