    When a factory is owned by your army, will there be an option to set a "rally point" where all manufactured units would go directly after construction, so they don't clog up the factory doorway, or head to the enemy HQ (like the AI's units in state of war) and get blown up by turrets, tanks and god knows what else.

    'course there will be.

    It's been part of every RTS for twenty years now, no reason why Uber won't continue with the tradition.

    Would be great to have different kinds of rally points though. Like one specific engineer rally point for example.

    I'm not sure that this feature will be present in his game, but in state of war, sometimes factories produced different types of units, for example anti ground-and anti-air, or powerful artillery and weaker tanks. Both had 1 rally point, so I thought there could be a rally point for each type of unit produced, no matter what it targeted.

    yes

    also hopefully factories will be more build power efficient than assisting engineers. no need for hundreds of T1 SupCom engineers around a single T3 factory.

    You could technically do this by using the assist system in SupCom;

    Factory A has a Repeat Queue for 5 Tanks and 1 AA Tank and a Rally to a Choke Point
    Factory B, C and D Assist Factory A, and all the units they build use Factory A's Rally
    If you need 5 Fabbers, you can get Factory C to build them, it will build them and use it's own Rally for the Fabbers, once the Fabbers were done it resumed assisting Factory A.

    Yes but normally you put one or two engineers in your main spam queue (which is assisted but several factories)... and these you don't want to go to the rally point of your spam.

    I find it better than occasionally building some, because it insures a constant production of new engineers. would be more comfortable if you could set a separate engineer way point so you don't have to babysit their production.

    If you have a factory assisting your main spam queue you can give it it's own waypoint and spam queue and it will insert its own queue inbetween the assist queue.
