Can we design our own Faction's Motto, since the factions are only political parties and they all share the same unit pool but Different factions have only specific units that belongs to only them but other units can be shared by all factions, which make the game fun.
Homebrew faction material? It could be possible. However, there are also a pile of high ranking backers that are promised custom Commanders. Comms are the natural leaders of their factions, so it makes sense that backers would get first priority on how they're represented. Expect things like backgrounds, insignias, and mottos to be on that list. After all, in a game big enough for 40 unique players, there needs to be at least 40 different factions to pick from. I think.
I guess 99% of players will have something like in it. Otherwise - why you will ever play a game promoted as "RTS where you can smash planet into a planet"?
I was inspired by Neutrino saying that he was going to make factions more like political parties with their own small set of units that only belongs to them, but can share the same large unit pool.

That seems like a good idea to me. If they combine this with an Army painter like the one in the DoW series it would be perfect.
