Extra beta key and pre-order theta commander?

I've already done a quick search on the forum but could not immediately find anything that answers this.

I was just curious if I added an extra beta key to my initial pledge (during the finalization), does this extra beta key count as pre-order and come with the theta commander as well?

So if you donated $20 (or $15 early bird) you will get the theta commander anyway.

Or are you asking if the beta key will come with a additional theta commander?
