As the title says, explain what your avatar is, why you chose it, and the history behind it. And now for the part of the show where my avatar isn't what I thought it was. This is the avatar I use in most places, but I lost the high rez version when my hard drive died. It's Thor from a comic book cover (The Ultimates issue #something) that I liked the colors of and fit my name and general theme. When the bug that allowed people to change your Steam avatar without your consent I lost my Thor avatar and I couldn't change it back because I'd lost the hi-rez version. This is a cropped image of The Question I found on Deviant Art that I really liked. My current avatar here is just shameless self-promotion.
It was a placeholder until I found something I liked. Then I changed my username to what it is now and it fit.
Originally I chose my steam avatar as you see in my signature although I wanted something different and I was listening to heyayaya at the time so I found a good picture of it and used that. I wanted a .gif version but none were of a good standard.
It's Bun Bun from Sluggy Freelance. I found the pic once, long ago, thought it was nifty, and have used it for . . . 10 years now?
Well. Someone once made this Leo drawing that I really liked, so i sticked with it Currently on Steam: Mad Hatter is awesome Previously on Steam: Winston Payne Is awesome
Kakashi Hatake from naruto. No idea why, I guess because there is noone more awesome than him. I wish he didn't die... I think you don't need to explain, or at least to people who have watched that video.
