    I am not trying to beat a dead horse, I really am not. But just hear me out on this :)

    I saw that experimental's were unconfirmed, I am praying they are. When I saw the first experimental in supcom's trailer I was literally on my way to game spot to buy that game before the trailer even ended. HOWEVER, one thing that did suck about experimental's was the abuse. Every online game usually turned into a rush for experimental fights. I would suggest IF you do include experimental's, limit them. So let's say a faction has 2 experimental's and a amazing game ender (god i love that asteroid bomb), what if you could only build one of each the whole game? so if it was supcom for example, ONE galactic colossus and ONE tempest, as well as ONE resource generator. Not only would it keep the awesomeness of experimental's in the game, but it would make them truly fear-able again. You would know if you were getting attacked, and someone sent an experimental with them during a siege, they were going all in. It would make your heart jump force you to take your experimental off your moon base its guarding. or another example, if you could use the asteroid game ender only one time since it is experimental, would you rather hit their moon base which is providing 40% of their economy? or would you rather hit their front lines and have a much higher chance of the assault you have building working?

    All in all, no matter what suggestions you guys take, THANK YOU for making this game. I am LOVING alpha, and I know the final product will be completly amazing, but PLEASE consider experimentals, but consider making them experimental again if you do.... Thanks for reading my long post :)

    So.....why is this in the Modding SubForum? Sounds like it should be part of the Megabot Threads in the Backer's Lounge.

    Pretty much the point, the thing is that the OP is overall fairly vague, it's entirely possible he meant to post it in a Modding context, bu tthe wording of the post is in contrast to where the post was made, so clarification is needed and was asked for.

    Experimentals where not THAT good. Massed they could lay waste yes, but they take a LOOONG time to build that many. More than enough time to get some troops on the field to disrupt the construction efforts.
