That looks pretty sweet Gandalf. You could also use the metal trenches CSG to avoid getting those weird ramps out of the water. Or overlay the ones you got now a bit more to get the solid canals. I might play with this too.
You can also use the moon creates to get nice customised rivers with pathfinding both for doxes and naval Take a look at Superouman map pack. I know that a few of them have customised rivers. Anyways looking good
