everything is "fuzzy" when running fullscreen

Don't know if anyone else is having this issue, my display is a 41" TV and im running a custom resolution to combat the overscanning issue on my tv. When i run this game on fullscreen it looks like a streched out low resolution and the graphics look terrible. When i'm running in windowed mode everything looks fine. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Do you have windows 10?

Check your windows text size and make sure that it's set to 100%. Apparently windows 10 has been setting it to other settings that are messing with PA.
