Okay maybe not everyone's but it certainly was my favourite Kbot.

I would personally love to see the Peewee make a come back in PA, just for sheer nostalgia reasons the Unit really made TA for me, when i was board id set up a game and see if i could beat the AI just with Peewee bots the sheer carnage and explosions they caused in killing and being killed made for spectacular viewing!.

I realise this thread doesnt have much use so im going to turn it into a discussion about the Peewee (share your experiences with the bot) and to give your opinions on if the Small warhorse should make a come back in some shape or form in PA!

I say YES!!

If it is not in the original version, I will certainly mod it in!
The sheer noise and amount of bullets they made was just awesome.

Maverick got my award for coolest animation by far.

What they lacked in polygons, they made up with in charecter!

I definitely remember enacting a lot of WIN with the morty. Large amounts of fairly mobile artillery can be pretty deadly!

Why am I not surprised that he opened this thread just to vote for the damned lagwee? I actually half expected him to vote for the Flash tank despite it not even being a k-bot.

Please, for the love of god, pick a unit that isn't horribly OP and broken.

The Flash Tank, PeeWee, and Brawler all used the same weapon. It was the weapon that was notorious for crippling machines rendering them unable to function.

It was a painfully common sight in multiplayer for these bastards to roll in open fire and leave you gaping in horror as you FPS drops from 60 to zero instantly, and leaves your screen effectively frozen for several seconds while your base is eradicated.

The lag caused by these three units was so horrendous that it often prevented your units from even firing back. And it didn't even really matter how fast your machine was either, since it was impossible to be fast enough. Even if you had the best machine available on the market, you would lag. Even on modern machines today this still remains a problem with TA because each bullet was individually tracked, requiring a disgusting amount of net traffic just to calculate it all.

I agree that at the era of TA, Brawlers and such, could cripple any system, but I Play a few games of TA with a friend still, about once a month or every other month, and we have no lag problems on moderns system. My friend has a slow internet connection 15/1,5mbit (download isn't slow, his upload is of course). But still, every battle runs smoothly, even with the 5k unit limit mod.

OT: I have to give a +1 for the Maverick

Zues was the only good kbot.

+1 for Maverick. Virtually always dead before he can bring his guns up, but when he does, oh boy you better run.

But if you want to win past the point where EMGs will cut it, make the Zeus. Boring, but damn effective.

That's a 'Bot', not a 'Kbot', you need to cast your mind back further to TA.

Zeus I think. But I tend to forget what was in OTA. If I can pick any bot it would be jumpy Sumo.
