Error message when I want to fill out my game code

Hello people
I just bought the game and after the first installation I wanted to register/ put in my game code and the following error message appeared in my browser

Can you show the exact URL where you saw that error?
What browser are you using?
That looks like some error on the side of Uber's server. Nothing you can fix on your end probably.
@mkrater might be able to help you to proceed with registering.

Oh, interesting. I've never seen this code before. @redstarz Did you purchase the retail disc? If so, there are actually two 10-digit keys printed on the disc. The first 10-digit key is the game key and the second is a Commander code redeemable in-game in the Armory.

I am trying to log in to the game to start and either the game does not recognise my log in and password and if I try to activate my key the pay shows the following message

How the hell do I sign in and start playing?

I indeed purchased the retail disc (@ Gamemania In Zaandam Holland) which had a paper in it with 1 gamecode and two other codes to claim 2 extra commanders in the game.The problem is I just cant get to a screen in which i can fill out my gamecode, as soon as I hit the button to do so I get the error message and unfortunately the link you suggested only resulted in a total white browserscreen without error message.

Can you try a different browser?

Tried initially with Chrome which generated the first error message that I posted and now just tried with explorer and get the message that the webpage is not found after I have tried to log in to my account

Also, if I can log in to my Uber account to post on this thread why can't I log in to the damned PA Launcher to start the game using the same credentials. Getting pretty irritated now

Your Uber account can own the game or it cannot own the game. Currently it does not own the game because there is that server error on adding it your account :S
Can you maybe create a 2nd account for testing purposes (with a different email/pass/etc) and try to use that?

To be honest not sure I can be bothered. I will try again tomorrow and if unsuccessful again will simply send it back to Amazon

I've tried chrome and mozzillabrowsers, i've tried de- and reinstalling 3 times with registry cleaning in between, turned of my firewall. I don´t use addblockers the things I do get are the errors and white screens . I can launch the game when i go to the gamefolder and use the PA/exe but in the game i can´t log in and am told to contact youguys

It looks a lot like an error when creating your account that happens not on your computer, but on ubers server.
All you can do is create a ticket on http://support.uberent.com and wait for them to respond.
Or hope @mkrater helps you here more quickly.

I made a ticket at the supportdesk got an answer about firewall and addblocker tried it to no effect. I´ve bought the game for my mate also and he had virtually no probs installing the game. That´s how it works in my life impossible **** happens all the time...

Maybe you could try to do the registering on the computer of your mate to verify it is an issue on ubers server that is not caused by something weird on your own computer?

why bother? the way that commerce works is that you pay money for an item in the reasonable expectation that it works. If it doesn't you send it back and get your money back, not spend the rest of one's life trying to make it wok. I paid money for something to provide me with entertainment and fooling around with arcane pieces of computer guts isn't fun

Ehhm the above was a bit premature. I cant get past update 44 when downloading, PALauncher keeps crashing. tried trunnig directx_Jun2010_redist but to no effect keeps crashing
