error:Corrupted zip : can't find end of central directory

when I try to upload my mod and Paste the dropbox link in, I get error: Corrupted zip : can't find end of central directory, And Im not sure how to fix it, (I published 1 mod before this one)

Im pretty sure link is fine

Both of those are not standard zip files... use the built-in windows right click > send to compressed (zipped) folder.

when I created it it was rar and I just changed .rar into .zip, thank you so much
