After originally backing Planetary Annihilation for £50 in it's kickstarter campaign, I have played around 10 hours of it's beta through the direct download from UberNet, then due to a forum post describing how to do so, I transferred this into a steam code. Entering this, and downloading the game, I went on to play 15 hours of Planetary Annihilation on steam to great enjoyment. However now, for no apparent reason, each time I log on I receive the eponymous message of this post, and am denied access to the game. I am currently on Beta v. 56310, which worked for me fine on its first day.

I really enjoy this game, and in my opinion it has the potential to go above and beyond what Supreme Commander or Total Annihilation achieved. So I imagine you can see my disappointment with being being able to play it, and no apparent solution at hand. Before Knight pops up and tells me to search the forums, I have already done so, and the solutions there don't appear to have any effect. This problem has been going on a few days now, and I'm eager to know if anybody has an idea about what might be wrong, or if there is anything I can do.

    Many thanks,

    Rogue

Thanks Sxx, I've managed to get into the game now for the time being - although I have to wonder, is this problem going to persist when the game comes out? Will it recognise me as a user or is this me being permanently shut out?

This error mean that some Steam services are down and UberNet can't validate your authentication though Steam. Actually when it's happen game should let you login using UberNet credentials, but currently there is bug which prevent it.

If you mean that you have such error all the time (even when it' works for everyone else) it's something what require more detail investigation.
