[Engine Request] Stop animation/setup

    Hello, there are a number of units that could potentially require this feature. Both us, and I believe the RCBM require the function of being able to make it so a unit must stop to fire/set up/etc...

    A possible implementation would be that once a unit stops it'd take a set amount of seconds and it'd then swap over to using another .json.

    Basically, a units could be slow and move around and such, but when it stops.. an animation runs, and now the unit works in a new way. There doesn't even technically need to be an animation but it'd certainly help for WYSIWYG.

    This kind of function would be very helpful for a unit like an artillery tank that must set up to fire, or a bomb bot that runs around real quick but then sits down and acts like a mine, invisible to radar, or a fabricator that must set up it's lathe before being able to fabricate, and so many more other possibilities, I'd really love to see this be possible with the engine.
