Enemy Detected Bug

Always when I clicked on the notification "Enemy Contact/Detected" (I don't remember the original word) my screen goes blue and stays like this the rest of the game.
Has anyone else this bug ?

Press F5 to refresh the UI.

Do you have issues with the game? The Support Forum is there to help you out. The more information you add to your post, the better! Please include / upload:
1) For all issues: your DxDiag (Start Menu -> Run -> type "dxdiag"; save results as .txt)
2) In case of crashes: the log file (C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation\log\)
3) In case of crashes: the .dmp file (C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp\), same time stamp as the log
