dual miniguns a little too much?

    they are just blatantly overpowered, when using gold accuracy you have the dps of a tank with the range of a sniper. its not fun to play on maps like grenade 3 with gunners camping up on the balcony and shooting you inside your own base. scratch that its not fun to play on grenade 3 at all, that map is broken.

    o.k this is just fu**ing ridiculous. this game is broken, its impossible to defend in and once your moneyball has dropped you just get bot spammed to death. so far the past 17 games have been rush to the enemy spawn and try spawncamp them in so your bots will arrive. and it worked every.single.time. anyone know when the update is out? i want to know when i can play the game again.

    Duel miniguns don't need accuracy endorsments to outdamage the Jet Gun brah.

    I like Grenade III. I main Support, so it's not because I am sniping people, either.

    Only thing that bugs me is more and more people seem to be playing all assault teams and pushing up one side like crazy.

    Dual miniguns in the base are a pain...I have seen good snipers take them out often with headshots (the great equalizer). That being said, when you get coordinated gunners, especially with supports helping, it can be brutal....but the upside is that their moneyball is likely left unguarded (assuming you have time to get to it).

    Dueling miniguns should be the gunner's favorite song...but dual miniguns are not overpowered. They have a slow start up time and a terrible reload time.

    Unless we're talking Grenade III you can do this without accuracy (or if they are very low health). Accuracy gold is kind of a waste for a gunner.

    It only takes -maybe- 2 seconds to reach a full spin as far as I can tell. For most classes caught in the open, the gun double minigun spins up fast enough to make them dead before they can get in cover, particularly if the gunner is deployed because of the snare.

    How I wish the double minigun still spun up fairly slowly, it would actually make gunners more tolerable to fight if you caught them not doing a spool up or already shooting.

    I agree about the reload time, although you can kill about 20 people before reloading

    The dual miniguns don't take long at all to spin up to lethal, though.. Even from a cold start, they severely outdamage the jet gun

    Gunners aren't over powered. I kill gunners when I'm other classes, and it is one of my favorite classes to play as.

    Depends, assaults seem to do utterly unfair damage to gunners and tanks. You look at them and they die, other than that if the gunners attentive there isnt that much he should be scared of. Tanks+assasains=slam, sniper, hide whilst spamming the instakill mortar, support.... ok lets not go there, supports can just rape ****

    To be fair, it finally completes the circle we started with "slam spamming."

    Though Assaults do seem to do too much damage to tanks and gunners when I'm playing a tank or a gunner. I can't seem to replicate it when playing as an Assault, though, so I'm not sure what to say.

    Except call hax because anyone who does better than me is cheating.

    Dear god if Assaults did any less damage against gunners there would be no point in playing them. Assaults will usually lose in a direct shootout anyways, you have to catch them off guard or use cover to have any signifigant chance of outlasting them. I'll win around 1 out of every 3 confrontations with a good gunner.

    I use to main Gunner, but now gunners eat my AR :twisted: just keep your distance and dont approach them like you're invincible.

    Why would you go into a direct shootout with a Gunner?

    I mean, unless you have to. If I've got no way out, I'll go toe-to-toe with one, but that usually requires me being specifically pinned.

    Oh coooome oooon.. Upgrade Passive to 3 and you can blow through anything. Gunner is the only class I've seen people get 70+ kills with. How can you say they're fair at all. They drop anything in 1 second flat from a distance. Every other class needs to work a little bit for their kills. Yes of course, you've killed them before, but the point is, if he sees you first, No. You'll never kill him.

    He's a Gunner.

    He shoots his gun. What kind of Gunner would he be if his gun wasn't the most powerful?

    He's slow, easy headshot and no means of quick movement (Assault Rush n' stuff.) All he has is his gun.

    If you think that your gun will out shoot a Gunner's gun, you are a fool. You have to use your own advantages. Shoot him a bit, then move around.

    Why does everyone post stuff saying "This class is OP because I can't bum rush it!"?

    What were you playing, that you decided to try and out shoot a Gunner? Are you a fool, or just cocky?
