    Who do you think would make up the perfect MCN team? These are my pics (and also how I would guess they'd translate in the game)


    Assault: Master Chief

    Bio: The Assault class basically plays like a composite of every basic FPS shooter ever, so it makes sense to me that his class should be taken by possibly the most iconic FPS character. Plus, Halo actually includes everything that the Assault can do.

    Primary Weapon: Assault Rifle
    Secondary Weapon: Brute Shot Grenade Launcher (Less powerful, but larger splash damage)
    Skill 1: Sticky Bomb Grenades (Increased damage, but detonates automatically instead of by a trigger)
    Skill 2: Jetpack
    Skill 3: Sparta Kick (Running tackle with a forward kick instead of an uppercut)

    Tank: Link

    Bio: I was considering Nintendo characters and realized Link actually has a lot of attacks that are basically the same as the Tanks. Although I guess he is one of the most varied characters ever, so it makes sense hed have a lot of similarities. While his medieval/magic-based style would make him play pretty differently, I think he would still be able to serve the same useful purpose as the heavy-hitting Tank. Also, I think it would be rad to see Link doing battle with people who actually had guns and mecha suits and whatnot :p

    Primary Weapon: Fire Rod (Same as the flame thrower, but less ammo and a faster reload since its just regenerating magic and not loading a clip. Its alternate fire would be his famous Spin Attack)

    Secondary Weapon: Bow (Has to be reloaded after every shot, but has a faster reload, more damage, and a larger hit radius)

    Skill 1: Bomb (Distinctly different from the product grenade, this would function like a regular grenade, with much greater damage and blast radius)
    Skill 2: Fierce Deitys Mask (Works the same as the Tanks deploy)
    Skill 3: Jump Slash (A weaker and faster tackle than the Tanks ordinary one)

    Sniper: Solid Snake

    Bio: The MNC Sniper is a lot more multifaceted than most sniper classes. In addition to a sniper rifle, he has a variety of traps he can use to delay approaching enemies, and close-quarters combat moves to deal with anyone who gets too close. And of course, it always helps for a sniper to be hidden. Hence Solid Snake, one of the best multi-purpose soldiers out there.

    Primary Weapon: PSG-1 Sniper Rifle (does exactly what you would expect)

    Secondary Weapon: MK43 SOCOM (Instead of a sub-machinegun, Snake would bring his signature pistol to battle, sacrificing rate of fire for better accuracy)

    Skill 1: Stun Grenade (Instead of dealing slow damage over time like the Fragmentation grenade, it would temporarily stun all enemies in its radius)
    Skill 2: Claymore Mine (This mine would trigger once an enemy got in close proximity and explode to deal major damage, as opposed to the Freeze Mine which does little damage but freezes the target in place)
    Skill 3: CQC (His signature knife would emerge for a highly damaging grapple attack)

    Support: Red Mage

    Bio: Speaking of multi-purpose characters, the Red Mage class-type from the Final Fantasy series is probably one of the most varied classes in history. Theyre able to use both Black and White magic, and can also hold their own in physical combat, something no other sorcerer class in any other fantasy game that Im aware of can do. This makes them perfect for the simultaneously offensive and defensive responsibilities of the Support class.

    Primary Weapon: Cure/Drain (Generates health for allies and steals it from allies at a slow rate, switching between spells instead of weapon modes to do so)

    Secondary Weapon: Flare (Replacing the shotgun for a low-accuracy but high damaging attack)

    Skill 1: Manipulate (Utilizes Black Magic to take control of an enemy turret. Takes half the time of the Hack skill, but cant be used to improve power of own turrets)
    Skill 2: Cactuar (Summons a stationary Cactuar instead of a mechanical turret, dealing less damage but in possession of a chance to deal critical hits)
    Skill 3: Death (Conjures the Reaper, who will remain on the field for a few seconds and instantly kill the first enemy who comes into contact with it)

    Gunner: Megaman

    Bio: Megaman has got to be the ultimate weapons specialist in all of game history. Im not sure if theres anything else I could add to that.

    Primary Weapon: Megabuster (Megaman switches his Buster to Rapid Fire mode. The shots of plasma dont lose damage as they travel over time, but the fire rate isnt quite the same as the Gunners minigun.

    Secondary Weapon: Charge Shot (The Mega-Buster is switched to Charge mode, firing highly explosive bursts of plasma that wouldnt have the splash damage of the Gunners bombs but would also fire in a straight line instead of arc)

    Skill 1: Lightning Attack (Megaman uses the power of lightning to shock away all nearby enemies. It deals more damage than the Gunners smash attack but doesnt knock enemies back, instead immobilizing them for a short time)
    Skill 2: Shield Mode (Megaman activates a forcefield of energy, preventing him from moving but giving him highly increased damage resistance and making him immune to grapple attacks)
    Skill 3: Buster Arm (Megaman fires his fist at an enemy, grappling them from afar)

    Assassin: Bayonetta

    [​IMG]

    Bio: As soon as I thought whos an awesome female character that has a sword? I thought of Bayonetta. Shes not really the stealthy type, granted, but since it is also the most stylish class I think she fits well enough. That being said, she would play very differently than the normal Assassin, focusing more on dealing massive amounts of damage than being quiet about it.

    Primary Weapon: Shuraba katana (Would deal more damage, but cost more to upgrade)

    Secondary Weapon: Scarborough Fair (Her signature guns fire bullets instead of shurikens, obviously, so they would deal more damage but wouldnt ricochet)

    Skill 1: Beast Within (Instead of a normal dash, Bayonetta would turn into her panther form, giving her even greater speed. However, it would take a pause to transform in/out of, leaving her vulnerable)
    Skill 2: Cloak (Bayonetta would cloak by moving in-between the Human realm and Purgatorio)
    Skill 3: Witch Time (Still slows down enemies in close proximity to her, but doesnt temporarily blind them like the smoke bomb. Instead, the radius of the attack would be increased)
