I know this is a rip-off of Call of Duty, but maybe MNC could do with such a gimmick. Everyone seems to love it, the number of players skyrockets, and new players can get those Custom Classes faster too. Might we see this or something similar in the future?
Who cares if it rips off Camp of Duty. If it attracts more players and enough of them stick to keep the community lively, i'm all for it. Also, it'd help if the community was a bit NICER to newer players or people having a bad run.
I have a hard time being nice to new players when I tell a level 20 support that "it really helps me if you overheal me every now and then" and they reply with "suck my **** bro"
When i started learning how to play Sin i got bitched at a fair bit. Despite saying i was new, learning the class i was told to "stop playing sin, noob" and "just change class, faggot". etc etc. I'd like to think that's the minority of players, not the majority. The same on the other side of the coin. Don't let a couple of wankers sour you towards everyone else.
Double earnings would be nice, but only to be x2 at the end of the game. I don't want people getting $50 for a kill in game and snipers getting $100 for headshots.
And $150 for ring-outs, don't forget those. This is a cool idea, the community at the moment is a bit small, and this gimmick would help bring in some more players. On a side note. I've played 130+ hours. I have YET to see a new player rage at advice. Where is this coming from? Seriously, if it's so common why have I not seen it? I see "man I hate carrying my team" "my team sucks" and "if my team weren't full of wankers I would have won so much sooner" ALL the time and it's obnoxious. But not ONCE have I seen someone respond to "please overheal/hack turrets/kill more bots/not build longshots on steel peel" with "let me play my way ". I've had people not listen, but I blame that on the poor chat system.
