If you delete this Organous, you're only proving that you know you're a bad mod and you're afraid that you might loose your position. If you are confident that you are a good mod, you will use valid logic (I.E. Not using I'm a mod, I'm above the law, I'm in charge here etc*), you won't lock or delete the thread.

Encyclopedia Dramatica did a great job of describing what I think of Organous as a mod:

Opinionies - One of the most uncommon Mods, there is only about one of this type of moderator in every forum, and they usually ban people or follow those who disagree with them. Their mission is to find people who they don't agree with, and simply ban them. They are waiting for you to do something that is "against the rules" and "send you home" for that thing. They not only hate people who have an opinion and should have the right to speak about it, but they also hate people who don't have any opinion at all. They are the "bad" mods, but if your opinion and their opinion are the same, they won't ban you. Even God is afraid of them. They are the Jew of the internet. These moderators are almost the worst kind.

Feel free to add what you think of Organous as a mod.

Again, Organous will only lock/delete this if he knows he's a bad mod, he's scared for his position, so he doesn't want any information getting out about him.

    I voted no. The guy's a jerk!

Seriously, how many of these posts are going to be made? If you have 4 srs legitimate problems with users OR mods use PMs, not posts.
