This is certainly far above what anyone else does, but I was wondering if we could have an Xbox mailing list. I know there's a blog we can follow, but I'd feel much better if my Xbox knew the very moment the DLC comes out. I'd also welcome any other news being brought directly to my 360 inbox.
The closest thing to that that can be done is if Uber set up an in-game blog a la what Valve did for L4D2. An XBL mailing list wouldn't work because there's a strict limit of 200 messages per user per day. What kind of compromise could be reached without costing any money, though?
They could have something like forum, with an announcements section that they update when they have something like an exact release date... oh wait... Oh! Maybe they could use Twitter... oh... really? They already do? Well at least they could tell us when it is in the certification process... They did that too? Huh.
