I hate the fact too many players don't know to use the secondary or just don't know there is a secondary.

I kinda doubt that, it seems unlikely that someone could play this game without realizing there is two weapons for each class.

He's trolling you all. With 1500+ posts and 470 hours of playtime, you have to be a moron to not notice it.

tell that to the gunners shooting bots/turrets with their minigun......

It's even better when they use it against turrets even after they see another gunner using a mortar.
