The 'Legion of the Machine' is still stuck with a, well, not so flawless translation attempt, i.e. 'Legonis Machina'? Plus, typo. Could that please get fixed? I am all for faux-Latin but that name is SupremeCommander2-levels of silly.
    Here, take some variations:
    • Legio Machinae: Legion of the Machine
    • Legio Machinarum: Legion of machines
    • Legionis Machina: Machine of (the) Legion
    • Legionis Machinae: Machines of (the) Legion
Fixing it should take little time, since you do not even have to translate it.

Well, Latin is a dead language, as noted in the OP . . . so desecration is probably the only thing people can do with it :D

I don't know, its almost fitting that a race of machines would use a google-translate version of Latin.

Maybe a race of machines that evolved when the Sorian AI interfaced *with* Google translate and gained conciousness?

I am perfectly aware of that. But since this is officially time for polish I thought it apt to suggest polishing the attempts at Latin presently in the game.
And as much as the Google translate comments humour me: Google translate would have actually produced a correct result - as can be seen here.

Google translate gives Legionis machina, same as what they had before. Literally copy-paste "legionis machina"

I only made the comments because Google translate gave what they had in game.

Nope, in the game they have "Legonis Machina".
They already had this error in the blog post in which they first revealed the faction.
So, it's about time they fix it as I can't tolerate such heresy after wasting years of my life learning this language !

Exactly, stumbled upon it when firing up Galactic War in the current build and was switching through all the factions.

Oh the issue was more the fact that they couldn't spell Legio properly, rather than the reversed genitive?

Exactly. After all, 'Legion's Machine' still makes perfect sense even though it clashes with what Uber purports it translates to. I would prefer them cleaning that up, too, but since I have yet to find a reference to that translation in game, no biggie.

True, Legonis machina does certainly change the meaning.

Did you notice the orchestra saying "bacon" a bunch in latin while listening to the soundtrack?

Well, thanks, Brad. Thanks for nothing. Now I am hungry again. After I had munched down a truckload of fried potatoes literally one minute ago.

Will be checking the soundtrack for 'lardum' momentarily.

So I don't know if you guys have released it anywhere, but is there somewhere that has all of the lyrics for the soundtrack? Because I'm increasingly thinking that translating what it is the choir is singing could be pretty amazing.
