Two bugs in one skill here. Tank: Whenever you deploy, during the animation your jetgun is just plain effed up for as long as the animation lasts. Not sure if this is intended or not, but it renders Tank's deploy even less useful than Gunner's Deploy since he at least can continue aiming at the one spot or at moving targets without having to take time to get ready. Gunner: If you're deployed, and someone runs right up to you, you can suddenly lose sight of them and they would remain out of your sight forever until one of you is killed. Not so gamebreaking when you can tell where they are if they're attacking you from damage indicators, and you can still shoot them, it's just seeing them in the first place that's the problem if they run up your blindside.
All I can say is that during the time you Deploy as Tank you just shoot/blast/fire in-front of you in a straight line. I always thought this was intended. :|
From the Tank or the Jet Gun's front? Cos it's the latter on the PC so your aim keeps flying off to the upper right, which is irritating.
I suppose it could be inteneded, but it makes the deploy totally worthless to attempt in combat against a player. I don't think it would be overpowered if you could deploy AND potentially hit your target.
